Questions

Is it free?

Yes. No account, no signup, no software to install.

Which sites work?

Facebook videos, Streamable clips, SoundCloud tracks, and anything on Archive.org. Other sites may work too — the app supports everything yt-dlp handles, which is over a thousand sites. The ones listed above are the ones verified to work reliably.

Does YouTube work?

Not reliably, and this is not something we can fix. YouTube blocks requests from cloud servers, so it usually refuses us. You will get a clear message rather than a silent failure. For YouTube, use a tool that runs on your own computer.

What quality can I get?

Whatever the source offers, usually up to 1080p. Facebook offers SD and HD. Audio-only downloads are available for tracks and videos alike.

Why did my download fail?

Most often the post is private, the link is incomplete, or the site requires a logged-in account. Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and Vimeo need authentication, so they generally will not work here.

Can I download a playlist?

No — one item at a time. Paste the link of the individual post or track you want.

Where do the files go?

Straight to your device's downloads folder. Nothing is stored on our servers.
